I Bought an HD2!

Update: I'm hearing that HD2 prices are sky rocketing, so if you're thinking about getting one, I'd do it soon (I got mine for $200 and the cheapest I'm seeing on ebay is ~$250).

I bought an HD2 on ebay over the weekend :D Hopefully it comes soon, otherwise this week is going to drag! There really hasn't been a device quite as good looking (in my opinion) as the HD2 and now that Android has been successfully ported to it, I have no reservations about using it as my daily device.

My only concern about the HD2 is the 4.3 inch screen, which is prone to cracking due to its size. On the other hand, I don't think I'll be able to fit the HD2 in my pocket, which in turn prevents me from sitting on it and cracking the screen. So the problem is also the solution!

I've been looking into some car mounts for the HD2 since it will be my primary GPS for a while (the charger for my Garmin GPS doesn't seem to be working anymore :/). I've been using Google Navigate for the past few days and I'm extremely impressed so far, though I wish there was a "truck" mode option (I'm usually towing a trailer whenever I need to use a GPS).

I'll more than likely make a video about whichever car mount I go with since I haven't seen too many and now that Android is working on the HD2, I'm sure others could benefit from some information on accessories.

Here's a video showing how you would boot into Android:

I'm digging the case he has...maybe I'll pick something like that up too!
